Refund Policy

Effective May 26, 2026

The short version

Subscriptions are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access for the time you have already paid for. Refunds are issued only when we have made a billing error or when a paid feature failed because of a defect on our side.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time through the customer portal (Profile → Settings → Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to every paid feature, including your remaining credit balance, until that period ends. We do not bill you again.

Why no refund on unused time?

Reelink is a generation tool — the cost of running a reel (AI script, narration, captions, visuals, Lambda render) is spent the moment you generate it. Your subscription covers the credit allowance for the month regardless of how much of it you use. Like most SaaS subscriptions (Notion, Linear, ChatGPT, etc.), unused time within a paid period is not refunded — but you can cancel any time and pay nothing going forward.

When we do refund

We will refund — partially or in full — in these cases:

  • Billing error. You were charged in error (double charge, charged after cancellation, wrong plan).
  • Service defect. A paid generation failed because of a bug on our side and our refund logic did not automatically restore the credit. Email us with the affected reel.
  • Unauthorized charge. Someone else made the payment on your account without authorization. We may ask you to confirm with your bank.

For all of the above, email us at denispavlik9@gmail.com from the email on the account, with the date of the charge. Refunds typically arrive on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Failed generations

When a generation fails part-way through (a Lambda render error, an upstream AI provider outage, etc.), the credits for that reel are automatically refunded to your balance. You do not need to contact us — the system handles it. If you see a failure in your library but the credit was not restored, email us.

Top-up credits

Top-up packs (one-time purchases of additional credits) are not refundable once delivered, except in the billing-error or service-defect cases above.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us first — we resolve every legitimate claim. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while we work with the payment network to verify the claim.
